Anne and Mike have been in the Irish Club since the early years and have served in many capacities. Their dedication and love for the Club and its members is tremendous.

Tell US Your Family Story
Members,
This year we want to do something a little different during the Tulsa Irish Festival. Each year so far, we have presented in the “Hedge School” the opportunity for visitors to hear about Irish history and language in a lecture structure. This year we are inviting Irish families to tell their story of their Irish heritage. If you want to take part and tell your personal story, please write your story down and provide us a picture of some of your family.
We want to show everyone we are proud of large Irish family here in Oklahoma. Irish heritage runs deep in Oklahoma. From the early days before statehood to present time, our Irish families migrated to Oklahoma working to build railroads, jobs in coal mining, the oil industry and of course the land runs. Hard working Irish families have made up much of the backbone Oklahoma. Irish individuals in Oklahoma have become noted inventors, entertainers, politicians, doctors, educators and industry leaders. Most of all we are proud of the hard-working mothers, fathers and their children that call Oklahoma home!
